Chris and his team were an absolute pleasure. Definitely make a reservation as it can get pretty busy. The cocktails were great and worth the price, and the few times we returned while staying in the hotel, the staff remembered us personally and gave amazing recommendations around the city. Excellent service coming from someone in the industry!

Bar Cima was incredible! I planned a private event there for my work. The service was top notch, passed apps great, and the views and sunset really bonkers. Lovely place to entertain clients, especially those out of town - it definitely has WOW factor.

Incredible views, good small plates. They didn’t have a mocktail listed on the menu, but made me a pineapple mojito on request which was delicious. Had vegetarian quesadillas and empanadas, both of which were good. Cute and courteous staff too!

A secret rooftop bar can be found on the top floor of the Grayson Hotel. We loved the direct views of the Empire State Building, stunning!! and views of both East and Hudson Rivers. A short walk from Bryant Park this is a must go spot perfect for a romantic drink or a proposal! The drinks are bespoke and yummy and yes expensive... but the view.

We hosted an event at Bar Cima last week and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The ambiance is elevated and intimate perfect for a private gathering and the views were an added bonus. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and the service was consistently attentive without being intrusive. Huge thanks to the Bar Cima team for creating such a memorable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host a stylish, seamless event or just enjoy a fantastic night out.

We hosted our End of Book Year party at Bar Cima last week and absolutely loved it! Elizabeth was super organized and responsive in helping us plan every detail for our event. The food and drinks were a huge hit and they worked with all of our dietary preferences. There was tons of space and we really enjoyed having access to the outdoor patio. Would highly recommend Bar Cima for a work event or happy hour, especially for offices located in the Bryant Park or Times Square area!

Loved Bar Cima! Incredible vibe and great service. The Spicy Mezcal Paloma was a standout — perfectly balanced, smoky, and just the right amount of kick. One of the best cocktails I’ve had in the city. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you want amazing drinks and a great atmosphere.
